All affiliated institutions, trainers, representatives, and certified professionals are expected to maintain integrity, honesty, and professionalism in their educational and administrative practices.
2. Professional Expectations
CBEC expects all associated parties to maintain the highest levels of institutional and academic integrity.

- Provide accurate institutional and student information
- Follow responsible training and assessment methods
- Respect professional and educational ethics
- Maintain confidentiality where required
- Uphold the credibility of certifications and qualifications
3. Prohibited Practices
CBEC does not support or authorize any form of misrepresentation or fraudulent activity.
- Fraudulent certification activities
- Fake academic claims
- Misrepresentation of accreditation status
- Unauthorized use of CBEC name or logo
- Manipulation of student records
- Misleading promotional activities
4. Institutional Responsibility
Affiliated institutions are expected to create a learning environment focused on quality education, skill development, student growth, professional discipline, and equal opportunity.
Institutions should also ensure that trainers and administrative staff operate responsibly and professionally at all times.
5. Trainer Responsibility
Certified trainers and professionals associated with CBEC are expected to:
- Deliver training responsibly and maintain subject competency
- Follow professional conduct standards
- Encourage ethical learning practices
- Avoid misleading commitments or guarantees
6. Compliance & Action
CBEC reserves the right to review complaints, investigate concerns, and take appropriate action where ethical violations are identified.
- Warning notices
- Suspension of services
- Cancellation of accreditation
- Restriction from future board association
